The Nierembergia Blue Mountain, ‘Nierembergia caerulea’, is a veritable bushel of blooms. The bicolor Blue Mountain is perfect for baskets. They flower all summer long and they are unfazed by heat and humidity. The one inch white saucer shaped blossoms have lavender and blue centers and are delightful on wispy upright stems. For zones 8 and above this plant can also be a perennial.
